Deloitte Horizon Program is a one-year internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

Work You'll Do
As a pioneer in digital transformation, especially in AI, cloud computing, and data analytics, Deloitte provides interns with hands-on experience in shaping the future of digital business.
You will participate and support projects in more than one of the following areas:
- Computer Audit and Assurance
- Forensic & Financial Crime
- Enterprise Technology & Performance; Engineering AI & Data
Requirements
- Penultimate students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026.
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree program. Must be equipped with strong knowledge and skills in Computer Science, Information Management or a related field.
- Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
