Work You'll do
Our Crisis & Resilience team leverages best international practices to help organizations build robust business continuity and crisis management mechanisms. In a volatile global environment—marked by geopolitical shifts, climate change, and evolving regulations—we empower clients to maintain operational stability, protect their brand reputation, and turn disruptive risks into strategic opportunities.
Placement of a D-League Program is determined during the hiring process, where we match business needs with your specific interests and skills.
Our specialized risk teams include:
- Enterprise Risk Governance & Strategy
- Risk Culture & Capability Building
- Anti-Money Laundering
- Forensic & Financial Crime
Work you'll do:
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to identify international risk trends and establish corporate risk governance structures.
- Identify and categorize diverse risks—including financial, operational, strategic, and reputational—to help clients balance risk mitigation with opportunity capturing.
- Support the design and development of risk management policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and organizational frameworks.
- Assist in risk maturity assessments and help design training programs to enhance risk awareness and management capabilities across all levels of a client’s organization.
- Monitor emerging global risks, such as geopolitical tensions and climate-related issues, to support long-term strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to project management by coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, and ensuring high-quality delivery for both domestic and international clients.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to help build a top-down risk culture and ensure transparent information flow between stakeholders.
Requirements
- Class of 2026 and 2027 (Both Undergraduate and Graduate) in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or a related degree
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
Eligibility to Apply: Class of 2026 and 2027 (Both Undergraduate and Graduate) with a commitment of 3 days (24 hours) per week.
Internship period: 4-5 months (From August/September till December 31, 2026)
