Work You'll do

Deloitte's provides comprehensive Finance Transformation services designed to help our clients modernize their finance functions, improve efficiency, and create enterprise value. As part of our management consulting practice, we leverage digital technology, cloud solutions, and data analytics to help finance leaders navigate complex, fast-changing business environments. Placement of a D-League Program is determined during the hiring process, where we match business needs with your specific interests and skills.

 

Work you'll do: 

  • Support in project engagements and business developments
  • Team with others to produce a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience
  • Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models
  • Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly
  • Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others 

Requirements

  • Class of 2026 and 2027 (Both Undergraduate and Graduate) in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related degree
  • Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills. 

Eligibility to Apply: Class of 2026 and 2027 (Both Undergraduate and Graduate) with a commitment of 3 days (24 hours) per week. 
Internship period: 4-6 months (From July/September till December 31, 2026)
