As a part of Engineering, AI & Data, you will join a team that allows you to build strong skills in Digitalization. You will have the opportunity to work in-depth across digital transformation and data-related topics. Engineering, AI & Data solutions harness the power of analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to uncover hidden relationships from vast amounts of data in the clients' organization. Implementing the right strategy and digitalization requires balancing speed, cost, and quality to deliver measurable business value.

Support digital platform related projects with big data related tools, and provide customers with data services, including data modeling, data cleaning, data mining, data analysis report development, data visualization, etc. 

Work with our practice leaders and professional consultants as a team to solve complex business problems and deliver high quality solutions to our clients on areas including but not limited to:  

• Data warehouse, report development and data development 
• Mainstream BI development tools (tableau, powerbi, finebi, qucikbi, smartbi) 
• ETL development: DataStage, Kettle, Informatica (Informatica is preferred) 
• Mainstream large databases, be proficient in SQL, and be able to skillfully write stored procedures

We are looking for someone with:   

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Preferred majors in: Data Science, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, and other related disciplines 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service 
• Knowledge of data statistics and data mining, and be able to support business decisions through data analysis results
• Proficient in using SQL, SAS, Bi, MATLAB and other data processing and analysis tools
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
