Work You'll do

Business Analyst

• Collaborate with a team of business analysts to conduct business workshops and translate functional requirements
• Be the key point of contact for client-facing functional-related discussion
• Closely collaborate with architects and developers and be the go-to person for functional-related clarifications
• Perform Sales/Service/Marketing/Commerce cloud configuration and maintain related documentation
• Responsible for quality assurance and leading a team of testers to conduct SIT or in-sprint testing
• Support UAT and client clarification
• Construct knowledge transfer plans and conduct train-the-trainer workshops
• Clearly articulate Salesforce usage best practices and Agile principles
• Facilitate cutover planning and conduct Production rollout

Technical Analyst

• Adhere to software engineering best practices and maintain proper quality management in all tasks.
• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions for clients across diverse industries.
• Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption.
• Gather integration and technical requirements for successful implementation.
• Engage in product design, technology research, and prototyping activities.
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices.
• Work with the latest and most sought-after technologies, concepts, and methodologies.
• Project requirement clarification and discussion with client team

Requirements

Business Analyst

• Demonstrated ability to independently conduct business workshops, formulate business processes and document business requirements under agile delivery methodology
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Technical Analyst 

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience in Java, SpringBoot, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular JS and React JS
• Microservice development on cloud platform is an advantage
• SQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo Database development experience is a plus
• Work independent, analytical, good problem solving skills, and must be able to cope with tight project schedule
